TM-2000 Hearts Apart & Morale Call Server

The Hearts-Apart / Morale-Call System fully automate the function that currently requires an operator and is much more secure and accurate in the distribution of minutes and tracking the usage of each caller. This system can “front” the operators, freeing them to handle other calls.

Once a call comes into the system, the caller will be prompted for their PIN. Once the PIN is entered and verified, the caller will then dial the number and the call is completed. The call is also monitored by the system and will automatically disconnect when a custom threshold has been exceeded. A predetermined warning (set by the base or Command) will automatically be provided to the caller indicating the call will end. The system also provides reports showing how many calls are made through the base.

In addition to Hearts Apart and Morale Calls, this system optionally supports Official Calls.
