JITC/ DIACAP Scorecards

The Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) in Fort Huachuca, Arizona, has recertified both our Attendant Consoles V2.0 and TM-2000 Multi-Purpose Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Platform V5.0. The TM-2000 and the Attendant Console already appear on the Unified Capabilities APL. If you are DoD and need a DIACAP Scorecard, you will need to contact the JITC lab. A good point-of-contact within JITC is Donna Quick-Keckler at DSN 879-4537.

T-Metrics, Inc. completed the final leg of testing under the Department of Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) for our TM-2000 Multi-Purpose ACD Call Distribution Platform last December.
